Lowest score wins. Remember your cards, shrink your board, and call Kivo when you’re ready.
Objective
Lowest score wins. Hand totals are the sum of remaining card values (0–13). Empty slots score 0.
Your four cards
Each round starts with four face-down cards. Matching can shrink a board all the way to zero.
Opening look
Privately look at exactly two of your cards, then both go face-down again. Remembering is your job.
On your turn
Draw from the deck or take the visible discard (not when it is a Swap / 11–12). After a draw, replace one of your cards or discard what you drew. Taking discard always replaces.
Match
Match equal values against the discard, a drawn card, or your own duplicates to remove cards and shrink your board.
Powers
Peek (7–8): look at one of your cards. Spy (9–10): look at one opponent card. Swap (11–12): exchange any two occupied slots without revealing them.
Call Kivo
At the start of your turn, call Kivo to end the round. Everyone else gets one final turn, then all cards reveal.
Showdown
Lowest total wins the round. Failed Call Kivo adds +10 if you are not a round winner. Kamikaze (exactly 12 · 12 · 13 · 13) wins the round at 0.
